After five years of battling Chronic Anxiety, when I was completely devastated, my journey of
transformation began in Rishikesh.
Inspired by my own journey of overcoming Chronic Anxiety and addictions, I am now on a mission to help One Million
People to conquer these challenges as coming from stress, anxiety & mental illness alongside improving brain faculties such
as memory, Concentration, Vigilance, Cognition, Awareness, Self-Esteem, & Thought Processes, alongside overcoming their Addictions.

For the past Two years, I have been coaching Candidates. I am a Certified Multi-Style Yoga Coach, Certified by
World Peace Yoga School, Rishikesh registered with Yoga Alliance, USA.
